Is your website secure?

all payments are made via a secure browser and all information will be kept free from

spam and third-party individuals apart from making payments or award nominations e.g.

yes absolutely, almost all of our services are made to accomodate entrepreneurs everywhere.

Why am I paying up front and is there a payment plan?

theindiejourn.com delivers on-time projects, unfortunately not everyone pays as agreed (in times past it would take weeks and months at a time before we recieved payment, the same went for 'payment installments') moving forward to avoid this we now must be paid at least 90% in advance and the full remainder prior to completion. payment plans are weekly not monthly, to enter into a payment plan a deposit of $175 or at least 50% (whichever is greater) prior to work, must be recieved. *in any event if money isn't received by the agreed due date: websites will not be published and automatically becomes included on website as part of our portfolio.  

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

paypal is secure, free, fast, and allows you to make payment from the comfort of your office, this is our preferred method. we accept payment via western union and will only begin project when the full amount 'as agreed' has been received. we do not accept personal checks at this time, and will begin working as soon as the business or cashier's check has cleared.

 

Why do I have to sign an agreement?

agreements are required in order for us to work any project, protects both theindiejourn.com and it's business clientele, and defines key important elements of our services and limitations. this is necessary so that all parties are aware of what to expect and how to carry out the transaction as smoothly as possible.
